Married 2nd marriage March 13, 1821 St. John, Red River to Sarah Indian born 1800 of Red River.  Other records suggest married by church, March 30, 1821, at Red River Settlement Sarah an Indian baptised November 22, 1822, married by J.W., witness is James Monkman and George Harbridge.  Could represent two different couples with same names or two sisters same name.

Sara Taylor born June 1, 1838 St. Andrews, Red River daughter George Taylor and Jane Ponise (1875 Metis script) married John Moneab, script issued to Sara April 16, 1877.

Edward Prince Taylor born 1840 (ID#4633), baptised February 1, 1841 St. John Anglican Church, Red River son (II)-George Taylor Metis (1798-1844 who is living Red River Settlement as a land surveyor and Jane Prince.  This record is a latter add in the margin and may be in error.  The signature of William Cochran however appears to be the same minister of this period. ???  1st marriage January 23, 1862 St. Andrews, Red River Mary Sabiston born 1846 daughter Alexander Sabiston and Sarah Flett, 2nd marriage June 15, 1871 St. Andrews Church, Winnipeg a Sarah Stevens born 1854 daughter William Stevens.

(I)-William Taylor, born 1788, arrived York Factory 1804, married, October 16, 1827, Red River to Sarah Lewiston by David Jones as witnessed by James Selter and Andrew Selter, source marriages solemnized in H.B.C. Territory 1820-1830, B.C. Provincial Archives (provided by Zelia Chevalier).  Most likely William (3).  Others suggest he married Sarah Sabiston b-1804 daughter Peter (Hugh) Sabiston d-1810 Indian Elbow post (Ft, Pelly) and Mary Asham (Isham) a descendent of Charles Isham.  This Taylor was granted April 20, 1820 lot 160 in Red River and lots 1333 and 134 April 12/13, 1857 Red River.
