The FMT is a software program ( an automated spreadsheet ) which is panel driven allowing the data to be entered from the accountant prepared annual financial statements.
The FMT is a comprehensive annual "Financial Analysis" which provides a systematic interpretation of the data contained in the firm’s financial statements prepared or audited by an outside accounting firm.
The FMT is designed to provide owner-managers with detailed historical information to evaluate the company’s financial performance and financial condition over a five year period. It is also a communications tool for both internal and external purposes and an ideal report for inclusion in business plans and/or loan proposals.
The FMT reports and graphs are produced in-house instantaneously after the data has been entered into the program. The owner-manager has the option to view on screen and/or print any or all of the reports and graphs.
The FMT reports are produced annually from the year-end accountant prepared financial statements, operating budget and pro-forma financial statements for the next year. The operating budget and pro-forma financial statements are optional but preferred.
The FMT optionally allows the user to input an interim inhouse prepared financial statement.
The FMT allows input of Robert Morris (RMA) comparison data
