The firm is a holding company of real estate and construction equipment.

Madsen Technical Services Inc.

The firm provides technical support services in construction related disputes, to legal, surety and financial institutions as well as claims preparation or on the converse the defence of construction related claims inclusive of the provision of expert opinions on these matters.
It provides project management services to a variety of clients.
It also provides the service of dispute resolution via arbitration and mediation.
The firm provides inspection services to potential building or home purchasers.
It provides inspection services and damage report in any capacity required by its clients.
More than 12,000 home inspections have been performed to date.
