All injectors get checked for correct resistance then they are pre cleaned,
pre cleaning process is done without the use of sand or glass blasting
to insure that no damaging grit ever comes in contact with or
has a chance to enter the injector!
injector spray patterns are visually inspected while pre flow and leak testing is done
then the pre cleaned and tested injectors get
cleaned in a special cleaning solution by a ultrasonic cleaning machine
while being electrically pulsed to clean both the
internal and external parts of the injectors.
then the injectors are flow and leak tested again
examination of injector spray patterns is also observed during
 this final test,  before and after result reports are also included.
